They are cultivated, grown, handled and processed to ensure they protect their unique flavor qualities. These standards of quality are part of the third-wave coffee movement.
They are harvested by farmers that are paid more and are micro roasted in small batches and from single regions.

We are an espresso and slow bar. We present shots using Clarksville’s first (and only) Synesso Hydra Espresso machine. We offer pour Over coffees with seasonal rotating offerings and lattes with made-in-house syrups.
We have imparted quality craftsmanship both in our coffee and menu offerings, and in the rustic modern environment in which you are enjoying it in.

Our Name
Plumb Line Coffee, refers to a “plumb bob” used in surveying, in which everything is measured by, in our case, always reaching and heading towards a standard of excellence in every cup.
